No Italian household is complete without a Parmesan knife made from using gnarled olive woods from Seggiano.  With steel blades and olive wood handles, this hand made Italian knife is all you need to ‘break’ and serve Parmesan cheese. Made from 300 year old olive trees, some that were left surviving after sever Monte Amiata frosts in 1985-86 killed many trees, these knives really are a piece of history.
