How do you size the engraving on an item?

We size the text to fit the sign or use a size that looks right for the item.

Can I write my message in another language other than English? And can I use special characters, too?

Absolutely. There are more options under the drop down menu under ‘Foreign languages’

There isn’t enough space in the box for my personalisation, what should I do?

Unfortunately there is no option to change this. The Designers work out the minimum size, any more than this and it won’t be feasible; also the message will be ineligible

Do you offer a gift wrap service and personalised message?

We only offer a gift wrapping service. The options appear in the order cart.

I left an item off my order – Can I still add to it?

Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order once it’s been confirmed, so you’ll need to create another order.

Can you engrave my item and can you give me a price?

For any other items you would like engraved that don’t appear on our site, please refer to our sister site www.Krintech.co.uk. You may also email us at: info@krintech.co.uk where we offer a full engraving and embossing service and will advise you on your item. Can I cancel or change my order? Unfortunately it’s is not possible to cancel or change Made to Order or personalised Items. No cancellations are available for any express orders.

Out of stock products

If a product is out of stock, please send an enquiry to info@krin.co.uk. We are always going to try and get more stock in as and when, and we will see if we can order your item(s) in especially.
