Delivery rates in the UK
We use FedEx for all UK and International Shipping, all parcels will have Waybill number for online tracking. Please allow 2 – 3 days delivery on all UK orders.
Can I pay more for a faster delivery service?
We offer a ‘Super express delivery’ service on all products up to 15 kg at a one off charge of £12.00 in the UK only. The order must be placed before 12 noon to ensure this and you will need to contact us directly by phone on 0203 648 8518 to process the order as urgent.
Courier Delivery (Monday-Friday)
Heavy, high value and express delivery orders will be delivered by a courier and must be signed for by an adult.
Do you post to countries outside the UK?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. Delivery costs for orders being shipped to addresses outside the UK will vary based on the size, weight and region being shipped to. The postage costs will appear at time of ordering.
Delivery times
Delivery is only available Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays and weekends and is subject to the following:
- From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by the time specified on the webpages that guide you through the order process, to ensure delivery the next working day. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered on the date specified on the shopping basket webpage of our site.
- We do not deliver on a public holiday.
- Our carriers will normally deliver your parcel between 8am and 6pm but certain carriers may deliver later. Unfortunately, in some cases we may not be able to give you a more specific estimated time of delivery.
I input the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
